Founded in Lagos, MedNote began with a simple observation: thousands of lives were being lost to treatable conditions like Malaria and Typhoid, not due to a lack of medication, but due to inconsistent diagnosis and poor adherence tracking.
Our founders, a mix of medical practitioners and software engineers, realized that digitizing the patient journey was the only way to provide the “Clinical Atelier” experience - bespoke, precise, and deeply personal care for every Nigerian.
